Judge Mark Walker has a curious political past.
He attended West Point for the summer preceding his freshman year, then dropped out after a few days when his first semester started.
He transferred to the University of Florida and graduated first in his class.
The first two judges he clerked for were appointed by Reagan and by a GOP Florida Governor.
Obama nominated him, but the Senate confirmed him 94-0.

How exactly does he know the intentions of those who voted for the bill? Is there something about drop boxes that blacks use them more frequently? Do blacks need assistance voting? (Answer is no and no)
