TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Homosexual rights advocates sued Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday to block a new law that forbids classroom instruction on homosexual and transgender topics in kindergarten through third grade.
The law states: “Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards.” Parents would be able to sue districts over violations.
The challenge filed in federal court in Tallahassee on behalf of Equality Florida and Family Equality alleges that the law violates the constitutionally protected rights of free speech, equal protection and due process of students and families.

Anywhere the children and young people gather, churches, amusement parks, malls, Boy Scouts, soon the perverts will begin to circle like vultures.

Everyone knew it was a very slippery slope to allow,gay marriage, but the left maligned and attacked the right for even daring to,think such a thing, and yet here we are, having to,battle gay groups and folks in order to protect kids from being brainwashed by pedophiles in public schools

Not too long ago it was verboten to let a queers alone with a child but now they leave them alone with a full classroom for the entire day. That queer teacher spends more time alone with your child than you do. Which of you had more influence and control over your child’s developing brain?

I am old now but I can’t even imagine being “taught” sex education when I was in Kindergarten. Wouldn’t have had a clue what they were going going on about.
Now why would they be so concerned about not being able to discuss sex topics with young children? The mind boggles.
