Why?
After calling it a fake Russian disinformation plot or just ignoring it altogether for over a year, the media is suddenly desperate for Americans to know that the Hunter Biden laptop from hell story is totally real.
Why?
The Washington Post covered the story, admitting that documents which were first reported on by The New York Post in October 2020 “illustrate the ways in which his family profited from relationships built over Joe Biden’s decades in public service.”
At the time, the Post’s ‘fact checkers’ dismissed the revelations as disinformation, calling it “laptop stuff.”
The New York Times has also done a complete about face, admitting that the story is real and not disinformation.
Recall that the New York Post was censored on social media and labelled fake news for reporting the exact same thing before the election. Users were also prohibited from sharing the story.
All coverage of the revelations by Infowars and other alternative media sites was declared to be “false conspiracy theory.”
But ABC News now says the laptop from hell is real:

It isn’t a coincidence that every news network has now suddenly completely changed its tune.
It appears that a fresh narrative is being framed.
"Public service", yeah, that's the ticket.
The first ones require proving intent: did you help a foreign country because you were paid or because you truly believed it was in the best interest of the country? Hard to prove without a smoking gun email or written note. For tax evasion all that has to be proven is that you got the cash from a non-exluded source (like a legit gift or inheritance) and you didn't report it. Intent to cheat doesn't have to be proven.
It's like why you have to report income from bribes and drug sales on your taxes. They don't expect you to report it, they just want to nail you when you don't.

The main thing to notice is how they are trying to PROTECT Pretendent Biden from this by OVERLY focusing on Hunter Biden.

Considering that "the news" is a tool of these same globalist elites, every news story emphasis and "ignore" is chosen to advance their goals and control.
Rejecting the laptop truth in 2020 was chosen to give better odds at getting rid of Trump. They had to protect Biden, then, and for some time period after.
I wonder who they have groomed to fill the executive puppeteer's spot.
Other than defamation and publishing military, cryptography, or spy secrets, it is legal to lie.
So the punishment has to be found outside of the law. My point of view is that things work out fine when the public assumes the instutution is just a bunch of self-serving liars, which is the reality.
