Perhaps a Chief Petty Officer in the USN or YSCG

An equivalent Army rank would be a Sergeant First Class, a Gunnery Sergeant in the USMC. A Chief Master Sergeant in the USAF.

I have no clue what USSF equivalent might be.

E7 pay grade.
