In order to balance supply and demand in the domestic precious metals market, the Bank of Russia will buy gold from credit institutions at a fixed price from March 28, 2022. The price from March 28 to June 30, 2022 inclusive will be 5,000 rubles per 1 gram. The established price level makes it possible to ensure a stable supply of gold and the smooth functioning of the gold mining industry in the current year. After the specified period, the purchase price of gold can be adjusted taking into account the emerging balance of supply and demand in the domestic market.

No idea, but keep in mind when Vlad took Crimea, Nobama threatened to exclude Vlad the use of the western Swift system. Behind the scenes negotiations were made and Nobama decided NOT to use Swift as a weapon, and let Vlad take Crimea.
Since then, China and Russia designed and implemented a version of their own, of which India and other nations will use. Simple arithmetic, 55 percent plus of the world will now not use dollars nor the Swift system which enabled the west to “ spy” or monitor the world’s financial transactions. ( exactly what the US cashless Digital system will do).
The vast majority of the self proclaimed experts could not grasp what Swift is and what it does ( many even here). Sure, it was the world’s money transfer system, however it recorded/ tracked where the world’s money supply was going. That tool was the most valuable espionage tool in the West’s tool box. US could peak in on it and basically see in real time the flow of capital and transactions. That tool is now gone.
