Yeah - personally I am absolutely opposed to what Putin is doing in Ukraine - but acting like this is some special type of evil is ridiculous. If you’re a soldier, and you’re ordered to fight by your country’s legitimate government, you have to follow orders except in the most extreme and exceptional cases. And, if you do not, there are consequences.

It wouldn’t be Putin who would order this. It’s BS. This order would come from the command not Putin. In that respect it would be the same for our armed forces.
Armies kill deserters...that’s what they do.
