IF true, may be unprovoked, may have been a sniper or artillery spotter there. Anyone who swallows any of the propaganda from either side is a fool. So you don’t have to ask. “Are you calling me a fool?” Are you swallowing this?

Why does it have to be lies and propaganda?
Because you believe its is too horrific?
Because you believe Spetsnaz troops, trained in terror tactics, or Chechens are gentle and respectful of civilians?
Because the Ukrainians have released similarly inflammatory statements before and they have had to walk them back. See the “Russians are shooting at an active nuclear reactor and are going to kill us all” story they released, then had to walk back to use one infamous example.
It doesn't have to be. If you read my post, you would see that I indicated that it could be true. But absent real evidence, I'll assume for now that both sides are lying.
