I can guess some names as far as funding. People like hussein, who kicked off the coup in 2014. Other people like Soros and McCain and Graham. As for who trained them, no idea.
And again, the name is “Azov Battalion.” Calling it anything else would be like calling the Massachusetts Institute of Technology the Mass Tech College. They’re so different as to be something else entirely.
As of about six months ago, the Azov BN was barely BN size, consisting of between 350-500 members. If they could have coined themselves Brigade, they would have.

I'll repeat myself again. The name of the organization is Azov Battalion. Not brigade, not command, not organization, not 'national guard', but Battalion; Azov Battalion. And I'll say this again, if you have a problem with their name, reach out to them and tell them they're wrong.
I looked back through to see if I made a mistake, and miss named the Azov BN, and cannot find where I referred to the name of Azov BN by any other name.
While these organizations seem to cycle through divisions and then consolidate, and change their names from time to time, of course it’s their name.
