Zelensky needs to compromise as well as us to avoid more needless death and destruction. I have yet to hear a clear exposition on the end game for us. Do we want Putin out of Ukraine completely, including the Crimea? The shooting war has been ongoing in the Donbas region for over 8 years. Crimea has been a done deal for the Russians for 7 years including holding a plebiscite that overwhelming favored being part of Russia. Crimea is deemed critical to Russian national security. They will never give it up. Or is regime change in Russia our real objective?
A question I have never heard asked, "Who will pay for the rebuilding of Ukraine? We are talking about hundreds of billions of dollars in a country that is noted for its corruption.

Well, the Clinton Foundation has reopened for business. Funny how that happened just after congress agreed to give Ukraine billions in aid. Once they get a $10 million donation from Ukraine, I am sure they will be happy to help rebuild Ukraine.

My solution to Ukraine is
1. Ukraine vows to not join NATO
2. Ukraine accepts Donbas area previously (before Feb 24, 2022) as part of Russia.
3. Ukraine accepts Crimea as part of Russia.
4. All Russian forces immediate withdrawal from Ukraine identified in 2 & 3 above.
5. NATO promises not to allow Ukraine membership.
6. Russia vows never to invade Ukraine again.
7. All sanctions and arm sales go back to Ante Bellum status.
