It was 8 years ago when Russia first invaded Ukraine, and about two weeks ago when Russia launched an unprovoked attack on that country without daring to claim Ukraine was a nuclear threat--since even they weren't stupid enough to take Zelensky's questioning of Ukraine's non-proliferation status under Ukrainian law as evidence of a threat of an "imminent nuclear" holocaust.
