Not here and now, just like all this war talk is crap.

This is a limited conflict and no one really wants it to go big, although everyone will ruffle their feathers because they want to win.

Belarus is intentionally on the side lines, but not really because they are 100% lockstep with the Russians. The Russians are launching operations into Ukraine from there.

If there really were a big conflict, Belarus would be with the Russians, not even a question or doubt: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Collective_Security_Treaty_Organization

In this conflict, by keeping Belarus out of the fight (the political cross-hairs), Belarus will win big because in the economic fallout that will ensue (we practice economic warfare and it's our standard MO), Belarus is a proxy of Russia through which they have a backdoor to procure critical technology despite sanctions (Belarus isn't sanctioned).

The Russians are not stupid like we make them out as. Nor is Putin a “crazy madman.” Actually the Russian are very predictable, the issue here was spelled out, and what the Russians asked for is actually reasonable. We set the conditions for this war by giving Ukraine our blessing for NATO membership. This war is Biden's doing in October 2021 - December 2021. But because the MSM loves Biden, corporate America and the EU want Ukraine an EU and NATO members, and you have this lasting legacy of hatred and distrust for the Russians, Biden will never be blamed for this mess.

The Russians know how we operate, and they knew the first thing we'll do is to freeze assets in the West, politically isolate them... bla bla bla. They began to immunize themselves from these measures years ago:
https://www.dentons.com/en/insights/alerts/2013/august/1/russia-prohibits-its-state-officials-ownership-of-foreign-accounts-and-financial-instruments

Likewise, the Russians put in an effort to ensure that critical tech they need is sourced from more friendly locations (China), domestically produced, or open domain with many sources: https://fossbytes.com/russia-is-planning-to-move-all-computers-to-linux-operating-system/

We will definitely have an impact on them, because we took this further than they probably expected, but the level of impact we will have is far less than what some in the West will lead you to believe. They already knew this would happen and they took measures to mitigate the damage. Belarus (IMHO) is part of this mitigation strategy.

Finally, this isolation will be far from airtight because many nations will flat our refuse to play along with our games. All NATO/EU nations plus our allies in Asia will play, but nations like Brazil, Mexico, and others already said "no thank you."

https://www.reuters.com/world/mexicos-president-says-will-not-take-any-economic-sanctions-against-russia-2022-03-01/

https://www.reuters.com/world/brazil-wont-take-sides-over-russias-invasion-ukraine-foreign-minister-2022-03-08/

You can't blame them either. They both are very dependent on Russian wheat and fertilizer. It's easy to call for sanctions but if you're a leader and suddenly there are food shortages in 4 months, that's not good.

Put yourself in the shoes of some of these nations we are asking to go against Russia. They are getting their “food supply” in part from them! https://www.world-grain.com/articles/11473-russian-ambassador-eyes-more-grain-exports-to-mexico 400,000 tons of wheat to Mexico. Something like 20%-25% of the wheat in Egypt... The point is that these sanction may be airtight among our allies in Western Europe (until the next winter comes and they need Russian gas more again), but these sanctions will be far from airtight outside of the club of EU/NATO nations.
