How long does it take to dismantle a lab?
We created “The Global Partnership Biological Security Working Group” back in 2002 in response to 9-11. Ukraine was one of 30 partners.
One of the goals was to:
“Strengthen national and international capabilities to rapidly identify, confirm/assess and respond to biological attacks”
Bio Safety Level 3 labs, BSL-3, are suitable for that. The Ukraine labs are reported to be BSL-3. Bioweapons labs would be BSL-4

Exactly. Virtually every talking head has been equating BSL-3 research labs with weapons labs. Disappointing to see Tucker running with this.
IIRC Wuhan is a BSL-4 lab although a sloppily maintained one.
