I would be ok with recipients having to sign for the weapons but it would be discriminatory for them to have to provide photo ID.
Well, I would wager the Ukrainians are actually going to use the weapons to fight the people trying to take over their country. Unlike Biden’s cluster fornication in Afghanistan where the weapons were left for our enemies.

She is correct. When Zelensky offered weapons in town squares, and opened the prisons, automatic weapons ended up in the hands of gangs.
I can assume when some of those, and US arms make their way across Europe and perhaps beyond, we can expect calls for strict gun control, maybe Martial law situations.
I was in BiH when the OSCE/UN had their voluntary small arms/ weapons collection/disarmament program. The criminal elements decided to keep theirs, and ordinary citizens gave theirs up. I urged my friends there to not comply, but they turned theirs in.
