Between those, I’ll take Door #2, simply because that has always been the case with him. Of course, he’s not really running anything - he can barely decide which flavor of ice cream to have and can’t stop crapping himself in front of the Pope.
However, you did forget Door #3, which is that he’s corrupt (again, this has always been the case). So I’m picking both Door #2 and Door #3.

If we were serious, we'd be flooding the oil market right now.There are thousands of existing oil wells in the U.S. that were capped because the price of oil was too low. Crank them back up!
