That is 248°F. You won’t be seeing your shadow!
You’re right. 120°C, would be a little too ‘mild’! After I posted it, I realized I’d put ‘Celsius’ instead of ‘Fahrenheit’. I still think in Imperial measures, but living in PRC (Politically Repressive Canada), everything is Metric.
