US intelligence believes Russia has committed 95 per cent of the invasion force it had assembled on Ukraine's border to the fight, meaning significant reinforcements to push its attacks forward are unlikely to come soon - and could simply run into many of the same logistical problems that plagued the early assault.

I may be wrong, but I think the US Javelins and the British-Swedish NLAW anti-tank missiles are having an effect on Russian armoured columns.
Both are great against tanks. The Javelin has a longer range, but is heavier than an NLAW and around 5 times more expensive. The NLAW can be operated by one person and is very effective. Can be carried on a quad or even a motorbike.

“Meanwhile the Ukrainian armed forces claimed to have destroyed up to 30 Russian helicopters...”
If true, this is a plus for the Ukrainians. A loss of helicopters (especially the Mi-24 Hind) will affect the Russians ability to age war against the Ukrainian security forces.

[It came as Ukrainian and Russian forces met in Belarus for a third round of talks between the two sides. Russia has for the first time raised the prospect of halting its operation, provided Ukraine recognises the independence of the Donbass, acknowledges Crimes as Russian territory and pledges never to join NATO. It is the first time that Russia has explicitly stated its position in talks, which Kyiv has rejected.]
This is pretty much what happened with Finland. I have a feeling, though, if the Ukies hold on for a few months, the Russians are gonna be withdrawing unconditionally, the way they did in Afghanistan. In other words, what Pilsudski achieved for Poland through the Miracle at the Vistula, outmaneuvering the Soviet military genius Tukhachevsky.

One bright morning in the middle of the night,
a Russian and a Ukranian boy got into a fight.
Back to back they faced each other,
drew their swords and shot each other.
A deaf policeman heard the noise,
and came and killed the two dead boys.
If you don't believe this to be true,
ask the blind man, he saw it too.
