Yep, too much soy bean oil in packaged food. (It is the cheapest cooking oil, most of oils are GMOed.)
We cook with very little cooking oil (we use an air fryer a lot), and we use olive oil for almost all of that.
If you watch TV, like Tony DiKoupil or Srth Myers and the like, you’d be convinced there is no T in these folks.

I’m 71, live in the mountains of California, eat mostly raw meat sandwiches between tree bark. I have a wonderful wife / life but yes, I’m slowing down now in that department. No more than twice a day.
I’ll give you an example, Mr. Attitude.
When I was growing up, a famous baseball player moved up the street from us. He played outfield for the SF Giants. I hung around his son, who eventually became a very very very famous SF Giants baseball player himself. I thought that kid was an arrogant Puttz; my sister used to babysit for him and called him “the brat”.
We were all afraid of his testosterone-laden dad who swung a bat for a living, so his son got a pass from the ordinary rite of passage that when we displayed a bad [perhaps Brooklyn?] attitude or arrogance, an older kid would pick a fight and knock that attitude right out of ya. Hence, it’s my fault that kid grew up to be such an arrogant @$$#0/e.
At any rate, he had a pretty distinguished career but then towards the end of it when his speed was all but gone, he started juicin’ up that testosterone and hit the biggest numbers of anyone else in baseball, ever.
Everyone knows that he is an incredible @$$#0/e. Testosterone just made it all that much worse.

Depends on how you define @$$#0/es, but most normally functioning men and women of my acquaintance believe it’s the LACK of testosterone that turns so many men into @$$#0/es.

Yes, and the constant media/Hollywood/Democrat push to pretend that perversion is normal has the effect of ... Well, I know of no study, but it ain’t healthy.
Well, as I age out of the lower age groups, the average for those groups will naturally drop.

God provided me another wonderful woman to share my life with.
She and I both give him credit for putting us together. Neither of us were looking for this, but a miss-understanding in conversation at the bank where she works haunted my for 3-4 weeks and I finally called her and asked her to have lunch with me. She accepted and in a short time it was clear where it was going.
God Blessed us both again.

One of the reasons Americans have latched onto the Ukraine war is the men aren’t pushing unisex bathrooms or checking out each other’s butts. And their ‘elites’ - they’re not looking down their noses on everyone... kind of like our country used to be.
