I think "go get 'em" was Biden telling the American people to get started, get on board, do their part, to fulfill Biden's agenda.

It's like at the end of the first Spiderman 2 movie when MJ tells Peter to "Go get 'em, Tiger" when he hears sirens in the distance.

Biden was telling the American People to do their job -- their job, to him, is to support the Democrat agenda.

Like a 2 year old learning to speak. Iranian kind of rhymes with Ukranian. But even if he said the word correctly what he sais wouldn't make sense.
