To boot, I just saw a video that looked like a large explosion, perhaps fuel-air. If thats what it was, used on what could arguably be called his own people, relatively speaking, what would he be willing to use on NATO and US?

I just don’t understand this. The two eastern provinces I could see, but I am surprised he moved against greater Ukraine. I dont see any upside to using this on people you hope to rule.
