It’s bigger than money. It’s about regime change in Russia. Putin’s not in their club and they want someone who is. The Soros crowd wants to shape events so that Putin is cast down in a “color revolution” style wave of rejection. A humiliating defeat for Putin in Ukraine gets the ball rolling in that direction.
