With a wink and a nod everyone knows the Davos plan was to bring Ukraine into nato. All this could have been avoided if the west had simply stated forthrightly, no Ukraine in nato. Pax America overreach.
Ultimately, it’s not about NATO it’s about the EU.
Remember this whole struggle within Ukraine started over the question of whether to join the EU, which was widely popular in the Ukraine, popular even among the Russian-speakers, very popular with young people, albeit with significant Russian-speaker opposition.
But Yanukyvich refused to sign the agreements with the EU, shocking the country as the parliament and the people were ready to go forward.
That was when the Maidan protests happened and there were deadly conflicts between the two sides in various Ukrainian cities with separatists taking control of a small part of Ukraine in Donbass.
The globalists and neocons did not create this desire in Ukraine to join the EU. It was their seeing the years of progress other Eastern European countries were able to make after they joined the EU that made them want that for their country, too.
The globalists/neocons simply swooped in like vultures to take advantage of the situation for their own agendas.
The desire for NATO was just for a way for Ukrainians to protect their power of self-government in order to make decisions like whether to join the EU.
Everyone knows Yanukyvich did what he did in concert with Putin.
And we see now with all that is going on why these Eastern European countries are justified in feeling a threat to their self-government coming from Moscow.
