The Soviets left Vienna, because they signed an agreement that Austria was to never join NATO.

“I cannot forecast to you the action of Russia. It is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma; but perhaps there is a key. That key is Russian National Interest.” - Winston Churchill
Just as true today, as it was then.
There is no border between Ukrainian Donbas and Russia. Russia attacked and destroyed it in 2014.
Wow! the russkies have invaded ukraine, I bet they met really tough resistance! How many russian tanks did the ukrainians knock out?

Not sure if you’re trying to be clever, but yes, the Donbas is tucked right up against Russia, and yes, there’s still plenty of Ukranian-occupied Luhasnk directly against Russia’s borders.
I wouldn’t say you’re wrong.
When I said Estonia wasn’t even Slavic, it was Finnish, I was speaking in terms of a fairly broad ethno-linguistic relationship... as one would compare to Slavic...
Estonia was part of the Russian Empire in 1914... as was Finland...
I wouldn’t put it past any expansionist empire to lay claim to additional lands, but the point is that his argument for Ukraine doesn’t hold any water for arguing for Estonia.

“Ukrainian occupied Luhansk”??? LOL. Are you trying to be clever?

“Why did you think Ukraine was not an actual country?”

Since 1991 they have been totally dependent on Russia.
