Noticed today that local [nw Arkansas] gas prices passed the $3/gal mark, up to $3.11.
It had dropped some, into the $2.69 range a couple of weeks ago.
$3.70 here in Hellinois. That's 87 octane. Premium is $4.20
We put a half tank of gas in our SUV (old 1997 model) and it cost $51.05!!! Thanks Biden! YOU DID THIS!

$3.11 would cause a line 5 miles long in northern Illinois. I paid $3.69 yesterday at a local discount place. We are driving to Columbus Ohio tomorrow. I expect to see prices around the rate you quoted once I get south to I-74, probably all the way across eastern IL, most of IN and OH. Last time I was in Columbus I think the prices were around $2.60. The coming week will be an eye-opener, and then I’m back to northern Illinois prices.
