FWIW, they don’t need “a law” to use force. They just do it. Lincoln was the same way. Force now, get called out later if ever. “Emergency” overrides law, every time.

If you think the US cops will act differently from the Canadian cops.....Be aware that our military at the command level is entirely corrupted. They will gladly step up with some very advanced weapons.

Count on it.

They already have shown their disrespect for the Constitution.

Men in the ranks will be managed just the same as the doctors have been managed.

As long as Federal politicians get to hand pick the politicians that dictate the limits of their own powers no part of the U.S. Constitution means anything.
