This is true, the left really do believe in Fascism.
As long as Federal politicians get to hand pick the politicians that dictate the limits of their own powers no part of the U.S. Constitution means anything.
They do this in 2nd and 3rd world countries.
Joe Biden might freeze their back accounts but he lacks the domestic army necessary to round them all up.
Because our founders had the wisdom not invest in the Federal Goverment almost any domestic authority including the power to maintain and raise an army of domestic law enforcement.
This is why even the army clause in Article 1 Section 8 clause 12 has the 2 year qualification: “... but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years”
They didn’t want the Federal government to be able to occupy the states long term.
