John Durham sent a message to the attorney general and the country

John Durham has been a special prosecutor for almost a year and a half — not a long time, but plenty of time for a drumbeat to begin that he was showing little progress against his orders to examine the origins of the debunked Trump-Russia collusion narrative that convulsed a presidency. His few indictments so far have been directed against peripheral players, feeding a fear among Donald Trump’s supporters that elites higher up the stack are going to get away with their chicanery.

“If Fox is really that bad at getting to the bottom of what’s actually said by Durham, it kind of makes them look a little bit like cnn.”
Fox has been more than “a little bit like CNN” since 2020 (at least).

“Merrick Garland is the U.S. AG - need I say more? He will insure that elite: democrat, globalist, uni-party individuals be investigated. Durham’s investigation is just more kabuki that we see everyday in government, institutions and media/news.”
God willing, he may find that rather difficult to do...

LOL....
Like you, it was my first thought when I saw the post asking what was the message.

"One thing big law firms do have is very detailed billing records. Durham has been subpoenaing the lawyers billing records to establish who did what to whom - and for how much and who paid who. Once he has that info, he has cause he needs to go further and pierce the attorney-client privilege veil. This could be much bigger than Watergate if he can document a conspiracy between big law firms, the DOJ/FBI, FISA Court, Intelligence agencies, the media, and politicians in office and Hillary Clinton/DNC"
If the media doesn't report it, if law enforcement doesn't arrest people, and if the courts don't prosecute (the people who weren't arrested and weren't charged) "Bigger Than Watergate" means little.
Something substantial needs to happen soon.
The question I keep asking. Where are the Republicans standing shoulder-to-should in the Capital rotunda demanding a Congressional hearing?

John Durham has been a special prosecutor for almost a year and a half, plenty of time for a drumbeat to begin that he was showing little progress... Many here and elsewhere were trying to politically murder Durham because the inquiry was not being expedited based on their own personal expectations and schedules.
Durham has been on the case for more then 2 and a half years. He has shown us nothing of substance. Allegations of unethical behavior is not a crime in and of itself. The only person he put behind bars is someone who made a so called threat against hillary or pelosi. Some of you will never learn. The game is rigged in favor of the dc club, and you are not in the club.

What was this “message “?
1. Fox news is bad.
2. The Trump Presidency was (is) a clown show.
3. The lawyer in question worked for Obama.
4. No proof in the ties to Hillary Clinton/Deep State.
5. The Election of Biden was/is legit.

Like the article. As long as he’s working, there’s a chance something good might result from his work. That’s all I need to know.

He’s been a special prosecutor since 2017. Where has this writer been? Does he do no investigative journalism at all?

That’s about film as an art form, not law enforcement and criminal justice.
Films that are crafted expressly to send a message tend towards propaganda.
But of course law enforcement and criminal justice want to send a message. The message is supposed to be that crime doesn’t pay.
Unfortunately, it has been paying well for some folks for a long time. That’s why we keep getting more of it.
