Rewatching it makes it clear that he was arrested for crossing the imaginary line was covered by about 6” of fresh snow.

Its obvious that the cops were pissed off they had to get out of their toasty warn vehicles because he really was the only other person around. Goes from “this is your last warning” from the beat cop to “youre under arrest” from the JackBoot division in less than 30 seconds!

My question is how did they develop such well organized tactics. Canada is not a locale that is practiced in dealing with crowd control, civil unrest, riots and such. Who or what is advising them in how to proceed. It's freaking suspicious.

What’s needed is not “no cops” but “ethical cops and honest non-corrupt goverment”.
