Both the Secret Service and the White House Communications Agency would have to approve this.
An earth shattering fact.

Commodore Obvious. Wow. That was slide #42 in this PowerPoint presentation of 580,000 slides detailing what they were up to. Federal agencies everywhere were falling over each other to join in on the “Get Trump” freaking Bandwagon. Agencies were giving awards and bonuses to people and contractors who were engaged in the spying.
DOH-j.....😴😴😴😴😴😴😴
Eric Holder told Obama to do it.
To bad they’re not going to consider touching the first black prez - the biggest affirmative action winner to date.
O’Reilly was warning his audience last night about saying ‘Hillary did A or Hillary did B’ According to Bill we had no way of knowing what Hillary knew or ordered to happen.
Is he kidding? Someone under Hillary just took it upon themselves to hack into WH servers and spy on the president without asking her first? She hasn’t already shown herself to be a completely amoral, power mad criminal bitch by now?
Sometime I think Bill needs to retire.
I hope he sues everyone involved in this BS for BILLIONS of dollars!
Permission? Yeah, along with instructions to get ‘er done.
Having been assigned to WHCA back in the late 70’s, early 80’s, I would agree with you considering how things were set up then. Early days of computer communications, so still lots of paper. I can’t say that would still be applicable in today’s world. I would like to think so, security/intelligence information being a big part of that communication system. Those computers dealing with staff email, both foreign and domestic, maybe on a totally separate system. Maybe similar to the bathroom server of “she who will not be named”.
And Hillary Clinton said to Fredo, “if Trump is elected we shall surely hang.”

Article says DNS _and other_ traffic was monitored. DNS doesn’t buy you much— you can tell if someone went to a particular site.. But the _other traffic_ could be anything. Wonder what.
it sure dint fall out of the sky.
I wish this crap would just stay completely under wraps until all the indictments are submitted. Sick of the “BREAKING!” nonsense.
Apparently Durham released the info two days after the Statute of Limitations expired on the crimes...
Hmmm, who could have done that?
Gosh, I can’t think of but one person.
I just want to see all his college admission papers.
