If that were true, why are rich people still buying beach front home? Never listen to what they say, watch what they do. It’s a much better indicator.
Then again, they could not. Obama just bought oceanfront property in Hawaii, the old Magnum, P.I. estate, so I don’t think he’s too worried about ocean rise.

No one believes any of this. Where I live in the Keys, real estate sales and prices are booming, insanely booming. Banks are writing 30/45 year mortgages and insurance underwriters are writing policies. You cannot buy a dry (not waterfront) fixer-upper manufactured home for less than 450K. Average lot size is 5000 sqft
