David Perdue gets clear shot at Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp with Vernon Jones primary exit

Vernon Jones exited the race for the Republican nomination for Georgia governor, leaving former Sen. David Perdue with an unobstructed opportunity to oust Gov. Brian Kemp.

The move excited Perdue supporters, who appeared to relish the chance for a one-on-one matchup with Kemp and expressed confidence their candidate would scoop up Jones’s presumably anti-incumbent supporters as the May 24 nominating contest nears. Perdue, endorsed by former President Donald Trump, is running primarily on the former president’s claims that the governor facilitated election fraud in 2020 and delivered Georgia’s electoral votes to President Joe Biden. He has trailed Kemp in recent public opinion polls.

Later see how Kemp does in a one-on-one primary.

Kemp listened to McConnell and appointed Loser Loeffler. He should be defeated on that alone.

I think Vernon Jones is running for Congress as a Republican, it might be in a new district in Georgia but I’m not sure of that.

Vernon Jones saved his future in Republican politics by showing he is a team player. Trump will reward his loyalty.

Should be but even with consolidation, last polling I saw Kemp was over
60% support..

Perdue needs to move the needle a LOT before primary day.

Hardly. Kemp aided and abetted the steal.

Purdue is as weak as it gets. Anybody in GA excited about this guy? it’s going to take an intervention of God to get him to victory.. especially since nothing has been done about the fraud.

Lived in GA my whole life but i’m about to move..too many weak country club Republicans here and if they don’t wake the f up..the devil is about to become Governor.

Purdue lost his Senate seat to Ossoff so my hopes aren’t that high.

“Purdue lost his Senate seat to Ossoff so my hopes aren’t that high.”

Yeah, after they massaged the vote down to under 50% so there’d be a runoff.

My guess is GA replaces Kemp with Perdue and elects Jordan and Walker for the trifecta.

I don’t remember Perdue really fighting to get reelected and I don’t remember him saying a word about fraud or contesting anything after losing the runoff. He only now speaks like he is pissed off and going to fight? Not sure what I am going to do now. Everyone I have supported as a conservative in Georgia has ended up losing and I keep having to hold my nose and vote the these spineless idiots. There comes a time you have to stand for something.

Why did Kemp travel to the Chinese Consulate in Houston and meet with the Chinese spies before the 2020 election?

This alone should destroy Kemp.

“Georgia Governor Brian Kemp awarded a $107 million contract to Dominion Voting Systems two weeks after he met with the Houston-based Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Atlanta.

Kemp met with Li Qiangmin, Houston Consul General of the People’s Republic of China, on July 12, 2019.

The Secretary of State’s office announced on July 29, 2019 that Dominion’s election services were procured to implement a “verified paper ballot system” in the state prior to the March 2020 presidential primaries.”

Not sure how new it is, that’s a much more complicated question.

Perdue lost his seat to voter fraud that Kemp participated in, along with Rattensperger. They bought Domininion. They did nothing to stop the steal.

After assuming office in January 2019, Brian Kemp met, in the Chinese Consulate in Houston, Texas, with Consul General Li Qiangmin, where he praised the governor. Kemp met Li again in July 2019 and gifted him a book about Georgia. Kemp wrote the following note in the book that expressed his admiration for Li’s “great service and for your friendship to the state of Georgia.” Seventeen days later, Brad Raffensperger announced that Georgia would be awarding $107 million to Dominion Voting Systems for the replacement of state voting machines. Kemp’s former staffer (when Kemp was Georgia’s Secretary of State), Jared Thomas, is a paid lobbyist for Dominion Voting Systems. According to a January 2020 report from the Texas Secretary of State, Texas three times, rejected use of ballot counting software from Dominion, having concerns about fraud and unauthorized manipulation.

In September 2019, Kemp met with Li’s replacement, Cai Wei, at the Governor’s Mansion in Atlanta, and in early 2020, Kemp met with him again at the Houston Chinese Consulate. In July 2020, the U.S. State Department ordered this same consulate closed because it was determined to be a den of espionage and a massive spy center for the Chinese government/CCP. It was declared a hub of spying and international property theft, and Cai Wei was determined, by the U.S. State Department, to be a Chinese spymaster. On February 3, 2020, about the same time of the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, the Georgia State Senate passed a resolution to honor the special relationship between the People’s Republic of China and to honor and “recognize the Consul General Cai Wei of the Consulate of China in Houston.” Through all of this, the University System of Georgia has become home to six of this country’s 63 chapters of the Confucius Institute. These chapters are a Trojan horse for CCP propaganda and have been ordered closed in many states and countries.

Brian Kemp has never come clean about this election in any sense of the word. He and Raffensperger continue to play the good people of the State of Georgia for fools. The governor could barely be heard over the chorus of boos during his speech at the Republican Convention this weekend. The people of Georgia must hold him to account. Recall what happened in Fulton County, Georgia’s most populated county, on November 3, 2020.
