Taxes would be increased to 3% on items deemed a luxury. Examples outlined in the bill include airplanes, expensive watercrafts, high-end cars, jewelry and guns.

I've never owned a luxurious gun; only common, everyday use guns.

This has got to be the easiest tax on the planet to avoid...

Taxing the rich is like herding cats....they laugh at you while they run in hundreds of different directions.
