Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) called Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) "one of the worst human beings" after the senator sent a letter to Secretary of State Antony Blinken calling for the Biden administration to abandon its support for a prospective Ukrainian membership in NATO.
"I hate to be so personal, but Hawley is one of the worst human beings, and a self egrandizing con artist," Kinzinger wrote in a post on Twitter.
"When Trump goes down I certainly hope this evil will be layed in the open for all to see, and be ashamed of," the congressman added.

NATO should’ve dissolved right after the Warsaw Pact did, 31 years ago. The primary reason for its existence is long gone.
He is. One of the 9 billion worst.
I wouldn't pay much attention to Mr. Kinzinger. He can't even get "laid" right.
And he is one of the few Rs in the Senate that does fight. So few, other than him, Rand Paul, Kennedy, occasionally Ted Cruz. Its like Lincoln responded when asked why he kept an often drunk Grant on as commanding general when so many before him had failed completely - “I need this man - he fights”. And what a weasel like Adam Kinzinger says is irrelevant - let him join the neocons on the Ukraine front line.

It is very personal, and there may be something else going on here. Maybe it’s envy. Or maybe a perceived personal slight. Kinzinger and Hawley are about the same age, from about the same part of the country, and not so different in appearance, so they are rivals. Maybe Kinzinger things Hawley got something or has something that he wants. In any case, adults don’t usually talk about each other like that in public if they can possibly help it.
The whole thing is disturbing as hell. They could very well be successful in bringing Trump down in a way that would keep him from running in 2024. It sux because there is nothing we can do to help him. We are powerless to stop all this nonsense.
