It may be true, but bringing it up is unrelated to suing Warren. It is tantamount to inserting opinion into reporting.

Correct. I don't claim it relates directly to suing Warren. It is, however, an important (albeit indirectly related) factual point that underscores the Constitutional point. We have a long road ahead to spread the word that we have been lied to, are still being lied to, and can expect to continue to be lied to, AND that most Americans believe the lies. I personally believe we should take every opportunity to expose the lies. YMMV.
