Look how OPEC could flex its power back in 70s. If independent truckers would ever organize (while keeping the damn Teamsters out), they could throw a lot of weight around. It would be counter productive to brand them all violent domestic extremists to justify their mass arrests.

A Truckers Strike against the Wuhan Tyranny came to me several Times.
Their GOFUNDME funds are being frozen.
And the media is castigating their supporters as
dangerous extremist types.
But what else is new in this degenerated media
POS nightmare.

This will work. And it also would have worked if the truckers all simply took two weeks off to go fishing. Governments don't deliver goods. They only deliver costs and crises.

Well, we rolled up Interstate 44
Like a rocket sled on rails.
We tore up all of our swindle sheets,
And left ‘em settin’ on the scales.
By the time we hit that Chi-town,
Them bears was a-gettin’ smart:
They’d brought up some reinforcements
From the Illinois National Guard.
There’s armored cars, and tanks, and jeeps,
And rigs of ev’ry size.
Yeah, them chicken coops was full’a bears
And choppers filled the skies.
Well, we shot the line and we went for broke
With a thousand screamin’ trucks
An’ eleven long-haired Friends a’ Jesus
In a chartreuse micra-bus.
Well, we laid a strip for the Jersey shore
And prepared to cross the line
I could see the bridge was lined with bears
But I didn’t have a dog-goned dime.

Take my word for it, CB's, will make a comeback..
We need a repeat from our truckers in the U.S.
That's about as likely to happen as 8 tracks making a comeback. In the Jeeping world, CB is out and GMRS is in.
Are there ANY Canadians, not in government, who oppose the truckers?

I have one in my 1976 1 ton Chevy dually I use to haul my horse trailer
Have used it 3 times in emergencies. Worked fine.
Will NOT let go of it-—IT is an older model-—a FULL 5 watts.
I love MY CB setup & have had it since 1986 in my 1976 1 ton Chevy dually.
NO CELL phone. Have been in many places where there is NO CELL service. CB worked fine.
