CANBERRA, Australia (AP) — Police say they are investigating the death of a man who was reportedly killed when an explosive vest he was wearing detonated while he was driving his car in a suburban street in the Australian city of Melbourne.

With the current situation in Australia I would guess it was more likely to be an Australian citizen fighting against the radical extreme tyranny. This is what happens when you take guns away. They just find different methods to fight back against tyranny.
