The site ranked all 50 states in multiple categories on where is best and worst to raise a family in 2022.

You are either ignorant, delusional or a liar. And your assessment that Florida ranks near the bottom in most of these categories is a deceptive slam at our wonderful governor. Florida has Governor Desantis, a free and open state, no state income tax, beautiful sunsets, beaches, coral blue water, mild winters, etc. etc. etc. I’ve lived in Pennsylvania and Maryland...and when I visit my old haunts, I can’t wait to get back to Florida.

I left Florida in 1982 when I was 20 years old. Too hot, too flat, and too modern for my tastes.
But even when I thought Florida totally sucked, I could at least recognize that it’s a great place to raise a family.
Chiggers. Don’t forget the chiggers, little mites that bite and stick in your skin! No sense in coming to Florida with those things around! Florida sucks!

They just pulled a 10 foot, 650 pounder from the backwaters about 15 minutes from here. Once they got a treble hook in it, it dragged their boat several miles upriver and they couldn’t get a shot to it’s head. And that’s a small one compared to some of the river monsters they’ve culled in the last few years.

Yes, yes. DO NOT MOVE TO FLORIDA. Florida is full of bugs, way too hot, and has lots of old people driving crazy, causing road accidents.

The first time we shopped at Home Depot after we moved here we were trying to get someone to help us. There were so many people wearing orange like HD people do, but they were totally ignoring us!
Then someone told us it’s the sports color in TN and there was a game that day.
