A California mother has taken legal action against a school district with the explosive claim that staffers manipulated her middle-school daughter into aligning as transgender, saying they encouraged her to change her name, pronouns and gender identity behind her mother’s back.
Jessica Konen filed a claim last week against the Spreckels Union School District, two teachers and a principal seeking damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress and civil-rights violations over policies she says allowed the staff to prod her daughter into identifying as transgender starting in sixth grade.
“These are the disgusting behaviors and tactics of predators, who have abused their role as trusted authority figures to our children,” Ms. Konen said in a Thursday statement issued by the Center for American Liberty, which represents her.
“They invited kids, including Jessica’s daughter, to be in this club, and they told these kids, do not tell your parents, and specifically Jessica’s mom, do not tell them, they cannot be trusted,” Ms. Dhillon said on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle.”

Pay Wall article. I couldn’t read the entire story. Is her daughter still going to that same school? Hope not.
That happened to my niece. She was being bully, and she told counselor about them accusing her of being gay. Counselor then told her you must be gay; it is ok to be gay. Her mother is very liberal and did not complain, my mother had to get involved.
Luckly my niece did not fall under peer pressure. This is a regular practice for school counselor to do when a student complains about being bullied.
My niece is in college and doing well now. Since she likes reading, I purchased Animal Farm and 1984 in one hardback as a Christmas gift. Hopefully, she reads it.
I remember a former student, stunning girl who in high school had an ugly girlfriend who looked like a football player, and was a raging “lesbian”. Her linebacker GF was so bad she would lecture classes in front of the teacher on the best techniques. (She actually was just fat but dressed and acted in every way possible to make herself look tough)
Time went by about 6 years and I walked into a gas station and was surprised, the clerk was this former student. She was friendly and we chatted, turns out she was married to a man and had 3 kids already at about 22!
This story taught me a significant lesson. Teenagers at 15 etc are not fully developed in their brains (a fact) and they have NOT determined their adult sexuality yet. To give a teen sex reassignment surgery or hormones is literally a crime IMO.
(I also know 2 examples of girls in HS that dated boys but now are lesbians as adults)
They can’t teach anything that Christianity endorses but they can teach your child to reject his sexuality.

Better late than never. I guess the mom may think a bit differently about us ‘extremists’, now that the people she likely loved and trusted are shooting up her little girl with hormones.
Anytime, ANYTIME a teacher gets involved in the sexuality of a child, that’s WAY beyond their area of responsibility and that’s sexual abuse.!!
The Department of Education is working against parents - and of course, they work against the taxpayers, too. Drastic reform - which I doubt could ever take place at this point - or the DOE needs to go. Like the FBI and a host of others, this entity supported by taxpayer dollars has turned against the taxpayers and citizens and gone rogue.
These are the people we call “educators.”

hey now Mom signed a document “in order to be supportive” that agreed to refer to her daughter as ?they them.

I hope that girl is now at a different school. Disgusting that any adult in a position of authority would pump an innocent child full of hormones to score points with her “woke” masters.
