So aggravating.
Gaming the system is as old as humans. Time for the USA to fix their broken systems.
Future President......../S
Why not? Everybody else is.
Come one, come all!
I don't have a problem with foreigners coming to the US to give birth, but I don't think the children of tourists should automatically get US citizenship.
Hard for we in the United States to criticize. One of our past president’s parents had their baby in Kenya
Time to warm up the politicians and judges (or elevate them with a rope to get their attention) over this whole ‘anchor baby’ scam that has no basis in law. (No, the 14th didn’t create anchor babies.) An ‘activist’ judge (demo-commie of course) sets the naturalization laws? And the uniparty in congress has been just fine with it.
Strip every anchor baby of citizenship and tell ‘em to get in line. And put up 50 cal OPs all along the border with signs in Spanish delineating the no-go zone. Then have the guts to enforce it.
But, but, I thought the American healthcare system is broken and virtually beyond repair, thus the need for a government takeover of healthcare. Yet the governor of Baja California chooses to have her baby in an American hospital.
Taken after showing her ID, voting, and getting her thumb stained to signify she voted.
But that's racist here...
Lower California or Upper California, what’s the difference? /s
Clearly, the governor of a state in Mexico is absolutely subject to the jurisdiction of Mexico. How could the child born in the United State possible be granted US citizenship in this case?

Unless she’s on a diplomatic passport, she’s just another foreigner with an anchor baby.
The US pretty much ignores the rule about children of diplomats anyway. There’s no such notation on birth certificates, and BCs will get you a US passport.
“Anchor baby.”
Anchor babies.
When the corruption charges start she can run to America as her kid is a citizen.
“BCs will get you a US passport.”
Not for a minor.
No, she would have to be accredited as a diplomat to the US and enter in a diplomatic visa.
Ironically, some of the kids grow up and want to run for office in Mexico. They then are forced to renounce their U.S citizenship in order to qualify to run.
Like all the other non-whites storming our southern border, she’s a white supremacist.
