Here comes the Soros patrol of inanity-puking crap! The unbelievable, illogical, stupid, hysterical BULL$H!T of the court is the violently absurd claim that an attorney appearing in front of the court is part of the court. DISTRICT ATTORNEYS EXECUTE THE LAWS. That makes them executive branch. DUHHH!!!! They don’t judge, so they aren’t judicial branch. DUHHH!!!!

When you hear “The State vs. John Doe,” the district attorney represents the state. If he represented the judicial branch, you’d have the judicial branch judging the judicial branch... exactly what separation of powers prevents. DUHHHHH!!!!

None of those duties involve criminal prosecution.

The tool to remove officials as a result of an UNLAWFUL election is to file a quo warranto action in Fed District court. So it's not a TX criminal court that is the correct trial venue, it is a Fed District court. The goal is not to punish the poll workers, the goal is to remove TX' representation from Congress if they 'queer' the election.

That will pressure TX to correct its state laws.

If the voters get screwed by soros’ DAs. This seems a pretty potent campaign item that can negate soros’ cash interference

If the States are given the power and authority to conduct elections, and State Legislators have the power and authority to create voter laws for those elections, then how is the State Attorney General, not granted the power and authority to prosecute those individuals who commit voter fraud during those elections, in that State?

The person should be stripped of their title for not adhering
to their oath of office.

Voter fraud must be confronted at the state level, either
locally or at the state government level.

This is what inherently goes along with the intent of the U.S.
Constitution.

The post reconstruction Texas constitution has 430+ amendments it’s one of the easiest in the union to amend. The simple fix is for a public ballot referendum to add a amendment spelling out that the state DA can and will charge for fraud. Then the thugs in black robes can’t do crap about it as an amendment is by definition constitutional. Easy peasy.

Can it be done via special session? If so Abbot should call another mini one just to cram this one in.

You miss the point that there is no avenue to fight at the local level in many places. Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio and El Paso are deep commie blue. Please explain how you are going to get a Soros District Attorney to prosecute vote fraud.

Never. Going. To. Happen.

This ruling makes every one of those cities untouchable islands that can manufacture whatever fraud they see fit because they are their own controlling legal authority.

You don’t really live up to your name. better change it?

George Washington was losing, right up to the point where he was winning. Not going to be easy but wins have been made under impossible situation. They win when we give up. Find a way.

Hope is not a strategy. What is your strategy? "Somehow things will just work out"? Why don't you just deal with the problem that the court just eliminated the rule of law in Texas concerning election security?
