Uh no, that's a lie. And all of the technologies you mention were pushed by private enterprise, and in many cases, against the wishes, and legal activity, of the government.
When any activity, product, medicine, or technology, is pushed by government, over all other choices, only an effin dumbass would fail to be suspicious.
