***This is what you do. And you are good at it. It’s the astronomer’s trick of holding up your thumb to the sun to block out its rays so you can look at what might be near it. And then you pretend as if it’s just as bright as the sun — that’s where you go off into the weeds. Because anything blocked out by the sun isn’t as bright as the sun from so far away, duhhh... But it doesn’t stop you from overlooking sumthin a hundred orders of magnitude difference and focus on some idiotic stupid minor point. I would rather harness the sun’s rays, thank you very much. And I’d prefer you stick your thumb where the sun don’t shine.
