The rally took place at the Country Thunder Festival Grounds, AZ Central reported. Trump’s speech was scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. MST, with doors opening for the rally at 2 p.m. His speech began a bit later than scheduled, at about 7:17 p.m. Other speakers included Kari Lake, state Rep. Mark Finchem, Rep. Paul Gosar, Rep. Andy Biggs, Rep. Debbie Lesko, Kelli Ward, Mike Lindell, and Boris Epshteyn, Axios reported.

In the afternoon, just a couple of hours after doors opened, thousands of people were already at the festival grounds, AZ Central reported. The publication noted that traffic was stalled for about an hour outside the rally venue, and some attendees still hadn’t gotten inside after waiting more than three hours.

No way Biden legitimately won the 2020 election.

Cool! Peter Tosh came on first and wasn’t received well at all by the crowd, people were throwing things at the band and I distinctly remember a Turkey leg hitting him in the head when he was singing, I think they only did 4 or 5 songs before leaving the stage.

I was with the 535th Signal BN in Bamberg at the time and got to see a lot of bands while stationed there, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin (one of their last concerts), Kiss, Styx and Pink Floyd among others, was a great period of time.

914th medical detachment in Augsburg, Sheridan Kaserne. Serving the 1/18 and 1/36 FA and 3/63 Armor battalions. Had a red eye/stinger unit there too, IIRC

6-80 through 6-83.

Didn’t go for the BIG name bands/crowds so much.

Saw The tubes w/ Nash the Slash opening, also Pat Metheny, Police, whatsisname, they call him “the boss,” jersey boy. I slept through half the show. BO-ring.

My ex-dependapotamus was a fan.

The police concert was SO crowded, SO jammed up against the stage I could bare breathe, lost a camera lens, panic’d, sprayed down some people behind us with a small can of MILSPEC CS gas I carried and the crowd backed away like melting butter, I hauled my buddy out with me and moments later watched Sting rubbing his eyes a bit. We stayed for the rest of the show about 100 feet back.

Fun times. Thanks for sharing.
