The list proved to be bad and the sources of the list need to be held accountable for that.

Roberts = Former Rehnquist clerk and Reagan administration alumni, and a "hardcore Catholic" whose wife was a card-carrying member of a pro-life organization.
Kavanaugh = Former Kennedy clerk, Bush crony, and college frat boy who was a strong believer in "Stare decisis" and said flat out during his confirmation hearing that Roe v. Wade was important settled law and he wouldn't vote to overturn it.
But don't worry, Roberts is all Bush's fault, while Mitch McConnell somehow forced Trump to pick Kav.
Unfortunately a bunch of FReepers refuse to accept that and admit the list sucked. In their revisionist history, Mitch McConnell somehow forced Trump to pick crappy judges, even though “the list” was put out long before Trump’s presidency was a sure thing.
Which is why we get nowhere until the GOP is purged.
I believe Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch have more in common with each other than any of them have with Scalia.
Never forget that Kavanaugh was very highly regarded by so-called “conservative” organizations. President Trump chose his nominees based on the recommendations of such “conservative” organizations.
President Trump made this very public. So, with this as established FACT we must focus our attention and our IRE on those “conservative” organizations that rated this man and a few others so highly only to once again result in so very disappointing rulings. Joining LIBS in these rulings.
Even Trump has not called out the SCOTUS traitors to The Constitution and DoI.

I believe that Trump genuinely believed that the judges on the list were what pro-life pro-Constitution supporters of his wanted.
Clearly, that was wrong, and for that I blame the organization most responsible for compiling that list.
Reportedly, that was the Federalist Society, so either they lack principles or they lack competence.
Lib Kennedy picked Kav to replace him.
It looks like it is:
Three Stooges < Kavanaugh < Roberts < Coney Barrett < Gorsuch < Alito < Thomas.
Look no further than the “rock ribbed conservative” (almost choked on that one), Federalist Society.
I have hopes for Gorsuch.

Robert’s expected. Kavanagh I think is suffering from ptsd from the emotional sodomizing he received from senate democrats during his confirmation office. At present he is unfit for duty and should resign.
