The Supreme Court BLOCKS the federal government's COVID-19 vaccine-or-test requirement for large workplaces. The court ALLOWS a vaccine mandate for workers at federally funded health care facilities to take effect nationwide.

Further proof that the Supreme Court is a joke. Either the mandate is unconstitutional or it is not. It can't be unconstitutional for some and constitutional for others.

Read through this thread and the SCOTUS rulings to see how wrong you are.

As some of us predicted, the Court made a very clear distinction between the power of the U.S. government as a regulatory authority and the power of the government as a customer/client of private businesses.

Exactly right. This was purely an arbitrary decision.

Knowing the Roberts Kourt I predicted awhile back that it would split the baby.
