Isn’t a criminal record a requirement even for being considered for service in the Biden Cabal?
If this is the guy that Sen. Marsha Blackburn questioned the other day, he’s being Peter Principled a couple of levels beyond his competence. Because, he’s black.
I do not know the man, but Biden’s agenda says to me the guy was chosen not regardless of the color of his skin but because of it.
He “sincerely forgot” so all is forgiven.
Future driving infractions won’t be a problem, he’ll be in a chauffeured limousine.
I see these guys in my courtrooms all the time. In Texas we call them scofflaws, and they always seem to “get religion” when they try to renew their licenses, only to find that they’ve been suspended or revoked because they ignored their responsibilities and have warrants out for their arrest. There is also always a certain hubris about them. That’s what we need in a judge, ain’t it? /s

The affirmative action push has gotten so out of hand that when I encounter a minority, my first thought is: Is this person worth a damn, or were they put where they are due to affirmative action.
Sadly, it’s the later, more often than not.

This guy’s driver’s license was suspended not once, but three times. If he truly didn’t know each time the state suspended his license, then he’s too unaware (stupid) to be a judge.
And if he did know, then he’s a liar.
Difficult to find a good picture of this nominee.
One I found still had the numbers along the bottom and his height in back.
Who cares? The important thing is that he is ideologically pure.
Expecting black people to follow the law is racist.

Your record shows otherwise. Speeding is merely a traffic infraction and I would not include that in my assessment of a person’s LAW ABIDING behavior. However, Driving on a suspended license shows an intentional disregard for the law and a wiliness to violate something as small as traffic laws, shows a wiliness to violate other laws.
Someone like this, who obviously believes the laws do not apply to himself/herself would make a terrible judge. They would not apply the law evenly. If they see themselves as above the law, then they will see certain others as also above the law, and still others as deserving of the harshest punishment. In short, he is a terrible candidate for an appointment.
I don’t care if he is otherwise qualified. But given Team Biden, I assume that not to be the case. How well is he respected? Does he make good judicial decisions?
How about the old reliable “that’s not who I am”?
