Help me to understand here. Do they seal just the front door, or the back door too? What about the garage door? Do Chinese homes have no windows? I mean besides apartment dwellers couldn’t you still get out of the house?

And what about those disinfectants? If everyone is welded into their homes, who’s going to touch anything? And I thought masks were the magic bullet anyway.

I know the Chinese are all inscrutable and all, or diabolical like Fu Manchu, but does this make any sense? Or is it more Chicom bullshit that’s part of their disinformation operation like last time? Where is the satellite imagery of the clouds rising from crematoriums running 24/7?

What I remember from the foreign secreted-out [supposedly] videos looked like they were taken in what one would call high rise, apartment-like domiciles in large complexes. They had exposed walkways to each unit. They literally welded doors closed and I’m not even sure there were any other exits.

Chinese apartments usually have only one door. Most apartments have a balcony, with no safe way to the ground. The buildings are made of concrete or brick, so it would be difficult to exit through the walls. Ground floor apartments have bars over the windows. Very few people live in a single-family dwelling.

Apartment buildings are clustered together with a wall around the perimeter. Even if you escape an apartment, the gates can be guarded if the local police wish to do so. Their cities are designed to control large numbers of people.

Chinese people will also rat each other out. Their police operate with much different rules of engagement than ours.
