Not only that, anonymous crypto-docs on FR told me that 95% of their ICU patients were unjabbed. So this internal memo must be false, then, right?

People admitted for other reasons test positive for COVID. Everyone who is admitted is tested.

Some are just in the hospital “with” COVID, others “because of” it.

In NY State recently, they began trying to distinguish that in their reports. About half of those hospitalized, just happened to have a coincidental positive test result, not related to why they came to hospital.
