I said no longer. Which is the whine of this thread. If you’re disputing that you’ve got nothing.
Denigration has always been normal. One of the primary sources of western humor dating back the ancient Greece has been laying low the powerful. Nothing new or interesting about that.
Cancel culture is overrated. People talk about it, yet most of the big “canceled” figures are still producing. Louis CK is on tour, Mel Gibson is making movies.
CRT is also overrated. Most of what they’re talking about is real stuff. It’s generally been pretty crappy to be a black person in most of western history. But then the complaining white people crowd take one sentence out of context and blow it up. Like you keep doing.
Nobody is coming after anybody. That’s paranoid BS.
“Nobody is coming after anybody.”
Hmmm. Bakers who are sued into bankruptcy because they sought to exercise their right to believe in their faith; mothers and fathers who are attacked for questioning what their kids are taught in school; denial of or back-of-the-line status for medical treatments based on race or ethnicity; solitary confinement for crimes someone is not even charged with. Do you want me to continue?
Whenever you speak, something is subtracted from the sum total of human knowledge.
