Here's what Gabe Sterling said about the alleged multiple scanning of ballots:

In normal ballot processing, if there is a problem with a ballot, what it does is it stops; but before that four or five will get through. So they say delete that last batch and rescan it so they rescan properly. That is the normal process that is done.

If you watch the security camera video you will see the exact same behavior that many interpret as illicit multiple scanning of ballots occurring throughout the day in the presence of media, state election monitors, and partisan poll watchers. For example, see 3:00-4:15 (9:48PM-9:49:15PM EST, note that media and Republican poll watchers were present at this time) at this link. Keep an eye on Wandrea Moss (the lady with the blonde braids with the blue apron.) You will see her start to scan some ballots. After a several have been scanned, however, the machine stops. She takes the ballots out, adjusts them, puts them back in the machine, hits the keyboard, and then the scanning starts up again. This is exactly what Gabe Sterling was talking about in the quote above. It is not anything nefarious. You can see this happening throughout the day with media, state election observers and media present. There is nothing to indicate that the election workers are trying to hide anything. It looks like normal operations, just as Gabe Sterling described.

Ha! Gabe Sterling? You’re kidding, right? The Trump-hating top man in the SoS office under Raffensperger? He’s been caught in lies and fabrications before..
