What is the difference between Quercetin Bromelain and Quercetin Dihydrate?

I called my brother Bromelain after seeing it for the first time, but that doesn’t answer your question.

I don’t know the difference. I selected the Dihydrate after doing some research on which type is most effective. It’s been about 3 months so I can’t remember all the details.

If you chose the dihydrate you will need to find a little scoop or some way to measure because the brand I have did not come with scoops. I take 500 mg/day and have some 250 mg scoops. I think I found them on ebay for ~$6.00.
